*Flex Spending and Health Savings Account benefit cards are also welcome;

i.e. HSA's & FSA's- with a prescription from your healthcare professional

~We ask that you do not schedule a session if you are experiencing any flu like or COVID symptoms 

or if you have been in contact with anyone that has in the last 14 days;

NORMAL CANCELLATION POLICIES APPLY for ANY AILMENT/ACCIDENT/INJURY; including COVID

(if needing to reschedule we require 24 hours notice unless a doctor's note is provided for last minute cancellation than a a SERVICE CREDIT OR REBOOKING OF SERVICE will be permitted)
